Myriam Roux was appointed Investment Manager in 2021.

Before joining DeA Capital Real Estate France Myriam Roux held the position of Real Estate Investment Manager at Gecina where she oversaw the sourcing and analysis of investment opportunities in France with a value-add strategy (>€1.5m investment pipeline in office & residential). She also processed the sales plan post EUROSIC-acquisition of €1.2bn and Gecina multi-year sales plan projected for 2019-2021.

She started her career as a Transaction Services Real Estate Analyst at Eight Advisory where she operated financial services including buy-side due diligence, assets valuation and 3 to 10-year BP modelling for various institutional clients.

Myriam Roux graduated from the EM Lyon business school, Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich and Aston University, majoring in Finance.
