Strategy of Light Industrial asset aggregation across the country. So far projects have been acquired around key cities (Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Nantes etc. …) from reputable developers. The assets – all new – have been acquired through a joint venture between Europa Capital and DeA Capital through forward purchase contracts. The platform, called FLIP, will keep acquiring projects to reach €100M investment value. The assets – funded through a green loan – will be certified BREAM Very Good.
